Blue and white is one of those combinations that never goes out of style, and it feels especially right in summer. This lawn is thin, light and soft against the skin, and the mid-tone blue is easy to wear whether you are heading out in the morning or the evening.
Embroidery: The design is geometric and neatly balanced. Across the shirt, small white daisies and slim hexagon-shaped motifs are spaced in even rows. Closer to the hem, large diamond medallions take over, each filled with a flower and framed by eyelet (cutwork) holes. Below them, tall ladder-style columns and floral clusters lead into a deep, heavily worked border of interlocking diamonds and zigzag lines. The dupatta carries a chain of diamond motifs joined by a fine white line, with matching flowers, so it fits with the shirt without repeating it exactly.
Color combination: Crisp white on blue gives clear contrast, so every stitch of the pattern is easy to see. The look is clean, cool and refreshing, and the geometric shapes keep it modern rather than overly traditional. It works nicely for university, office, daytime outings and relaxed family gatherings.
