Our Policy
To confirm your order, please send us a WhatsApp screenshot of your selected suit(s) with your full name and address. Your order is confirmed after an advance payment of Rs. 1000.
Once we confirm that your suit is available, please transfer Rs. 1000 to the given Easypaisa account within 24 hours. Otherwise, the suit will be given to another customer.
Delivery Options
Your parcel will arrive via Pakistan Post Service.
Cash on Delivery (COD) parcels: According to courier service rules, you must pay the amount written on the parcel bag to the postman (rider) before receiving the parcel. This amount may be Rs. 70 or 100 less than your total bill. That is the Money Order return fee, and it is mentioned on the parcel bag.
Parcels with no payment due: If nothing is left to pay, the postman will hand over the parcel directly. He cannot ask you for any money.
If a postman asks for extra money: Ask his name and which post office he is from. Ask him to give you a post office receipt, or to write the amount on paper with the post office stamp and sign it. Then take a photo of the receipt and WhatsApp it to us.
